KAGERA:  The name of one of the two large rivers and which Kagera region is named. This is the real source of River Nile the longest river in the world.

Bukoba originated from clan known as BAKOBA which is the administration headquarter of Kagera Region.Bukoba is a small bustling typical Africa town with an attractive waterside setting with about 100 years old.
